Pony Report

Ponies are playful you can ride them and you can win ribbons and rosettes with a pony at Pony club only if you're in a competition.

Description

Ponies can be in any colour e.g brown, black and white, black, white and lots of others a pony can grow up to 14..2 hands! wow.

Habitat

A Pony can live in a paddock or a stable or just a big clear space in the backyard but if you have children and your putting a pony in the backyard make sure you have a fence up where you put your pony so it doesn't kick your children and give them a bruise.

Diet

A pony can eat apples, hay, grass, carrots, and they drink milk from their mother and they also drink water.

• Ponies have thicker manes and tails then horses.

  Young ponies are called foals.
• Shetland ponies are small but very tough.
• Ponies are small horses.
• Well trained ponies are good for children when learning to ride.
• Miniature ponies are smaller than a pony.
